Annual Draft for Westford over 30 Softball

The Westford Over-30 Softball league is taking draft applications for the 2010 season. We are a slow pitch league that plays a 24 game schedule running May-August, followed by play-offs. The draft is open to men 30+ who are residents of Westford or employees of a Westford business.

In this league match there are showing good pitching,good defense an age old recipe for post-season success.The Mustangs demonstrated this to be true.This clinched the title for the Mustangs, 3 Games to 1.Staked to an early lead on the strength of a first inning two-run homer by pitcher Don Cusano,the Mustangs made those runs stand with solid defense.Floral Arts got one back in the bottom of the first, but couldn't muster any more offense.
