If you like fresh, local fare you have to check this place out - The Rustic Leaf. It's in Milford, NH on Rt 101A just past the rotary.

The food is so good, prices are very reasonable given the fare. Through 3 to 4 courses and wine, we never felt rushed. It's "slow food" in a restaurant - largely gluten-free, local, organic, made fresh - and they have great vegetarian/vegan options.
