Nice, thanks. Fortunately the plumber is a preemptive strike. Got lucky and discovered the sump pump froze up over the summer - before I actually needed the sump pump. This will make for 3 sump pumps in <6 years - there's gotta be a better way.

Well, there's something to be said for living in sandy Nab...knock on wood, no water in the basement from outside, ever. Since when does water flow uphill?
