A reduced lease rate, a better location, a new store, room to expand and possibly a non-compete with the builder (not allowing a whole foods in) to name a few.
Mine are gone today, if Chipotle is actually open...
It looked operational when I passed by this morning, and website seems to indicate it is as well.
It is, and delicious. They were swamped for the lunch rush, and fully staffed so the line was moving well. They did a full wipe down for me when I requested gluten free carnitas tacos, chips, and drinks. We enjoyed the food very much. You can see here that Alliegator loved it, as she killed off a whole container of guacamole by herself. Just watch your fingers.

It was delicious today and I'm glad to not have to drive into Nashua.. though once Cornerstone is built I fear the traffic congestion may be similar.
Rob, I've never had Five Guys burgers.. maybe if we WALK there and back we can enjoy it AND keep our New Year's resolution.
