I am in! I could not have said it better Tony. Until folks in town realize who they are allowing to run this town god help us. Everyone always thinks, " this doesn't concern me". Well those things all have ripple effect and it soon will
Looks like things are moving along, any speculation on what might be going in? I've heard rumors of 5 Guys and Panera.

Thats why i do most of my shopping in other towns, and New Hampshire.
This towns rural atmosphere has changed for the worse.IMHO.
The traffic and the eyesore will be there regardless of what is in the shopping center. Personally, I welcome more competition to those businesses already in the area. The notion of "we already have one of those so it shouldn't be allowed" is not valid in a free market, and is somewhat silly to even bring up. More power to those who will pay the rent and take the business risk.
BTW, 5 Guys burgers are the best!
You can keep the sweets, I'll take the deep fried pickles over the Oreos any day! Just had some this weekend here ----> http://www.bbqstack.com/
